Cancellation Policy
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you cancel 48 hours prior to your delivery date, your deposit will be "rain checked", this means your payment will be saved on file for up to 6 months. If you cancel within 48 hours of your event, your payment will be forfeited.
We will still deliver if there is a chance of rain showing in the forcast. If we have weather concerns, we will reach out to you directly about rescheduling.
